With ThinkRight.me, you can use the Power of your Thoughts, Daily Affirmations and Creative Visualisations to transform yourself from feeling like a victim of your reality to Creating Your Reality. It’s simple… think right through the day, and we help you do it every day.

4. How can I track my emotional fitness?
Our emotional fitness tracker will enable you to track your emotions throughout the day. You need to simply choose them from an array of feelings provided on the App and mention the reason for it. In case your feeling is not already listed, you have the option of adding it separately. You can analyse your emotional fitness journey by clicking on the ‘Analysis’ tab in the ‘Profile’ section of the App.

  • Stay aligned to your emotional fitness goals by receiving creative notifications.
  • 5-minute video with BK Sister Shivani to reflect on your day’s emotional journey and plan for the next day.
  • Instantly reclaim your peace by using 1- minute meditations in the SOS section.
  • Guided Meditations to help you reduce stress, increase focus, and release all negative emotions. New meditations will be added monthly.
  • Regularly record your emotions on the Emotional Fitness Tracker and also check your journey.
  • Ask relevant questions to BK Sister Shivani and stand a chance to receive an answer from her. BK Sister Shivani will be answering select questions every week.

1. How can I subscribe to the App?

We are glad you have decided to begin your journey of emotional transformation. Enjoy unlimited access to our App by following these simple steps.

  • Click on the ‘Subscribe Now’ button within the ‘Subscription Details’ Tab.
  • After that click on the ‘Proceed to Pay’ tab.
  • In case you are an Android user, you can pay using any one of the options given, that is, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Paytm.
  • Select the most appropriate method of payment and enter the bank account/ credit/ debit card details to initiate the payment.
  • In case you are an iOS user, you will need to ensure an acceptable payment method is attached to your Apple ID before you initiate a payment.
  • Post which you need to click on “Proceed To Pay” tab and choose “In-App Purchase” as the payment option to initiate the transaction.

  • On successful completion of the transaction, your subscription details will reflect under the ‘Profile’ section of the App.

2. I have subscribed but I am unable to view the content. I’m asked to re-subscribe. What should I do?

In case you are an Android user, request you to check if the version of the App is 1.12. In case not, you might require updating the App to reactivate your subscription.

In case you are an iOS user, request you to click on the ‘Restore’ button within the ‘Subscribe’ tab of the ‘Profile’ section. This will re-activate your account.

In case, you continue to face an issue while accessing the App, request you to email a screenshot of the error, registered mobile number and a reference of the payment details to support@thinkright.me and we shall resolve it at the earliest for you.

3. How to purchase a gift voucher?

Click on the ‘Buy Now’ or the ‘Gift Now’ button on the Gift Voucher image on the Home Screen. Once you choose the number of vouchers you intend to purchase and click on the ‘Proceed’ button, you will be provided with several payment options to purchase your gift.

  • Select the most appropriate number of vouchers that you intend to purchase and proceed to pay using Google Pay.
  • You would be required to enter the bank account/ credit/ debit card details to initiate the payment.
  • In case you are an iOS user, you’ll need to ensure an acceptable payment method is attached to your Apple ID before you initiate a payment.
  • Post which you need to click on “Proceed To Pay” tab and choose “In-App Purchase” as the payment option to initiate the transaction.

Upon successful payment transaction, you will receive your Gift Vouchers in the Profile section of the App.

You can now Gift it to your loved ones by entering their mobile numbers and clicking on the ‘Send’ button.

They now need to follow the below mentioned steps:

  • An SMS with a link to download the App will be sent to your family member/ friend which they need to open in a browser to claim the voucher.
  • Enter their mobile number to generate an OTP.
  • Download the ThinkRight.me App from their respective PlayStore/ AppStore.
  • Log-in using their respective mobile numbers using the OTP that was generated in the above Step.

We welcome them aboard on their journey of self-transformation.

4. Can I gift this App to my family members and friends?

Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers by clicking the ‘Gift Now’ button on the Home Screen and share the link with your loved ones.

5. I have bought gift voucher, but I am not able to use it and it doesn’t show on the app or the app store.

The gift vouchers purchased by you will reflect within the ‘Gift Vouchers’ tab of the ‘Profile’ section. You could share a link of the gift vouchers with your loved ones and help them embark on an emotional fitness journey.

In case you are unable to view your gift vouchers, request you to email a screenshot of the error, your registered mobile number, and a reference of the payment details to support@thinkright.me and we shall resolve it at the earliest for you.

1. What are the various subscription packs available for ThinkRight.me?
We currently have a yearly subscription available for ThinkRight.me.

2. Can I transfer my ThinkRight.me subscription?
The subscription is non-transferrable. However, you can invite your family members and friends for them to experience emotional fitness, daily. Alternatively, you can gift them the App by purchasing Gift Vouchers from the App.

3. I am unable to view previous day’s journey. How can I view it?
To view the previous day’s affirmations, you need to click on the ‘Affirmations’ tab within the ‘Meditate’ section of the App. Likewise, to view the previous day’s reflections, you need to click on the ‘Reflection’ tab within the ‘Mediate’ section of the App.

4. I am unable to hear the meditations and SOS quick meditations?
Request you to kindly check the volume of your handset. It might be on a silent mode.

5. I am unable to view the notifications?

Request you to kindly check the version of the App. You can download the latest version of it from your respective PlayStore and AppStore. You can view the previous notifications, under the ‘Notifications’ tab within your ‘Profile’ section.

6. I live in India and I need to gift the voucher to my children living abroad. Is that possible?

Yes, that is possible. Request you to write to us at support@thinkright.me with details of you registered mobile number and the country in which your child/ children reside and we will guide you with the process for the same.
